Description

We have a combination of strings which were used once and are no longer required and strings which could be reworded to reduce duplication of terms. The following is a list of changes which have the overall aim of reducing the workload on translators:

Remove the one-time email created in T286897
Remove project_page_2021_email (not translatable but no longer needed anyway)
Update "The Wikipedia Library Card Platform" to "The Wikipedia Library" to match between bootstrap versions
