Code relating to the language A/B test is still present in the repository. Now that we have confirmed the A/B test worked, and with no plans to re-run it, we should clean up after ourselves.

This code hasn't been used in over a year and is going stale (it might not even work). Olga I suggest we remove this as part of our cleanup before taking on any new features.
