The Reply Tool, the New Discussion Tool, Topic Subscriptions and Usability Improvements, depend on a common foundation of underlying technology the Editing Team has written.
This parent task represents the work with generalizing this "underlying technology" so that other developers can leverage it to create new, and improve existing, experiences.
