List of steps to reproduce:

• Upload a file from Flickr or your harddrive to Commons using the Upload Wizard: "Select media files to share"
• After completing the process, select "Upload another file" and use your harddrive to upload something

What happens?: A popup message occurs that reads "There was an error in your submission: You are already uploading the file ..." where a recent filename is shown that has already been processed. Despite of the warning, the new upload will not be affected, but the message itself is misleading and may drive off inexperienced users.

What should have happened instead?: The usual Upload Wizard file selection screen should have been shown without a warning message.
