Description

The language-translate instance is using the deprecated Debian version (Stretch) and requires an upgrade (see: https://os-deprecation.toolforge.org/). This is separated from task T287844 to simplify tracking.

I'm updating Section Translation instance this week and if everything is OK, it should be ready to use (without affecting URL etc) by Thursday (17/02).

Thanks @KartikMistry. I tested the instance, and found a few issues that have been fixed by Kartik and me. Looks good now. Feel free to delete the old instance.
