Combining both tickets, my guess if you are asking one or the other is probably going to be wmf, but the clinic duty person will be able to guide you best, as we are refining the difference between both right now, but no need to file 2 separate ones :-)

Hello @SCherukuwada, I 've added you to the wmf ldap group. You should now have access to all the basic privileged services like alertmanager, superset, grafana etc wmf staff has. Further escalation of privileges (pending approval of your manager) should be handled in separate tickets.
