Using a screen reader, it is not indicated that the and/or buttons and with/without buttons are different controls.
It is also not indicated which option is (pre-)selected in each control

This is what was observed with the NVDA screen reader.

(Probably, Wikit's ToggleButtonGroup will need some changes for this)
