If the user does not fill out the Query Builder correctly and presses "Run Query", then an error message is presented.
However, that error message is not indicated at all by the screen reader (NVDA). That means that a user that cannot see is not informed that there is an error.

After fixing the query and running it again, the change in the results section (from error to actual results) is again not announced.
