Translate new Growth's special page pilot wikis languages

Description

Recently, the Growth team added new special pages, mostly to facilitate the mentor dashboard, a currently ongoing project of the Growth team. Since the mentor dashboard will be deployed to the pilot wikis relatively soon, we should translate the special pages into their languages.
