Description

When editing in DiscussionTools, I often use the "preview" accesskey (Shift-Alt-P) by mistake, as I would when checking my comment in normal edit more.

Because DiscussionTools doesn't use this accesskey, it brings up the browser Print dialog instead, which is a little annoying.

The preview access should either:

Scroll the preview area on-screen, or
Do nothing at all
