Background information

As part of the Maps 2.0 rollout, we are already ready to do request mirroring and switching. It would be good to be able to enable per wiki too in order to perform some QA work.

What

Add configuration in Kartographer to enable specific sources by default in LocalSettings

How

By adding the source name in LocalSettings, the target wiki will only load tiles rendered with the Tegola output

Acceptance criteria

Documentation is updated
Kartographer can select default source for tiles
testwiki is enabled to request tiles generated from tegola as source

Kartographer already supports source configuration, this task will be more about setting it up in testwiki and assess if it's enough for our needs.
