We have created "File Upload Wizard" as "ဝီကီပီးဒီးယား:ဖိုင်တင်ကူညီကိရိယာ" (https://my.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:FUW) on Burmese Wikipedia (mywiki) and want to have it as a target for link "Upload file" ("ဖိုင်တင်ရန်") in the main sidebar on the left.
Formal community consesus will be achieved here; probably there will be no opposition.
Hi, going to https://my.wikipedia.org/ there is no ဖိုင်တင်ရန် in the sidebar. You are free to adjust sidebar items via https://my.wikipedia.org/wiki/မီဒီယာဝီကီ:Sidebar .

This upload link cannot be changed on wiki. $wgUploadNavigationUrl may need to be modified.

@Ninjastrikers: It won't be necessary, there are two possibilities to add this page to this button, and you find yourself using one already on the wiki. And updating $wgUploadNavigationUrl is another possibility that you can use if you want, if you don't want this task to be marked as resolved.
