Acceptance Criteria

• Users that chose the newly added salutation option "divers" are addressed as "Hallo first_name last_name,".
• The above change is applied to the following outgoing e-mails:
  • donation confirmation
  • donation moderation
  • donation cancellation
  • membership application confirmation
  • membership application cancellation

Implementation Notes:

• On the PHP side of things, have a look at GreetingGenerator
• Refactor GreetingGenerator and reduce the amount of switch statements.
