Acceptance Criteria
- The banners are based on the variant banner of desktop-de-04.
- Submitting the form of the banners lead users to different donation form pages:
- The control banner leads to the donation form containing the postal/e-mail/no address data options.
- The variant banner leads to the donation form containing a variant of the postal/e-mail/no address type options.
- The variant of the address type component is changed as defined in the table below.

Implementation Notes
- There are tests on mobile running that still need to use the direct address type selection.
- This a/b test uses two versions of the multi-step address type selection.
- Use the currently defined campaign, change it to URL-only and change the options to multi-step and multi-step_var.
