Description

As a Wikibase Product Manager, I would like to know how many Wikibase instances have been installed and continue to run, so that I can have an overview of the adoption of the initial Wikibase release, and of the forming Wikibase Ecosystem.

This would involve getting the one-off data count from the data collected using Wikibase Pingback. WMDE has not looked into this data since the release of the Wikibase "1.35. compatible" in Spring 2021.

Acceptance criteria

Data on the number of Wikibase instances that have "pinged" (one and multiple times) is provided as a report to the Wikibase Ecosystem PM.

selected event as the database
add some query select * from wikibasepingback where year = 2021 limit 10;
