Gutenberg custom format BETA indicator and documentation

Description

Add a "beta" marker on the dialog box

Add appropriate documentation about the Gutenburg custom format in the readme

Remove the wikipediapreview_gutenburg URL parameter.

The "detect links" feature remains ON by default with the option of turning it OFF on individual posts.

I don't see the changes in the readme on the info about the plugin on my local env

I think the plugin info in the Wordpress admin UI is pulled from the website, not the local readme.
