How to reproduce:

• start and save a new talk page section with a heading containing a pipelink, e.g. Discussion about [[foo|bar]]
• go to the history of that page and click the section link in the edit summary of the edit starting that discussion.

Result: The page doesn't jump to the created section because the pipe link in its title has corrupted the section link.
