Page histories, Special:Contributions, Special:RecentChanges, and even Special:Undelete show edit summaries set in italics. This is not the case for Special:DeletedContributions:
This can be observed on any skin.
I thought this was a trivial issue, but I could not find any related task after 10 minutes of searching. Sorry if I still overlooked it somehow.

Given that this task has been open since 2016 and I can't see any consensus on what change exactly should be made, I think it might be better to achieve consistency with the status quo for now.
