Enable message translation in MediaUploader

Description

MediaUploader keeps some messages from UW, changes others, and introduces a few new ones. We will want to register MU in translatewiki.net and see if it's possible to keep the translations for messages that didn't change, somehow (using a bot maybe?).

This should wait for a few other MVP-related tasks to finish, to minimize the amount of changes after the translation goes public.
