Description

This table is the no longer read/written from, because were not using the maintenance scripts anymore.

table is dropped when update.php is run
also (abstract) schemas, if any exist that are related to that table, should be removed or there be a task created for their eventual removal
table is dropped in Wikimedia production wikidatawiki
table is dropped in Wikimedia production testwikidatawiki
