In T269033, the Editing Team introduced edit notices within the New Discussion Tool on desktop talk pages.
This is a placeholder task for the work the Editing Team will do to ensure edit notices are shown to people using the New Discussion Tool on mobile talk pages.

Is that a known issue and something that will be resolved once we finalize a path forward for T295816? Is this a new issue that would benefit from us creating a new ticket for? Something else?
Yes, it's noted in T295816 (The "Add discussion" button opens both interfaces at once).
