Description

When website is being developed, I want CI/CD pipeline to run when I create new MR and on main branch so I can easily run tests and deploy my application.

Acceptance Criteria
GitLab CI will run on every merge request and after it was merged into the branch.
CI should run the following jobs: test and deploy.
