Description

When I'm maintaining Matomo instance, I want to be able to change my configuration using infrastructure as code so I can easily replicate my infrastructure in case of disaster.

Acceptance criteria
Matomo is installed. User is able to get to the Matomo web page. WME website should be connected to Matomo and needed data should be tracking there.
