Steps to reproduce
Open the newcomer homepage and navigate to a Suggested edit where there is no image.
What happens?:
The image icon to indicate no image is distorted into a square format.
This occurs on the Suggested edits task card on Mobile and Desktop, as well as on the SE task preview card.
What should have happened instead?:
Icon should use the OOUI Image icon (at different scaled sizes) where the graphic 'frame' is in landscape format
