See latest build at v0.3.0, I had to manually add the artefacts https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/releng/cli/-/jobs/3060

I broke this in the hack at https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/releng/cli/-/commit/3aad2909d45e72e9613365e9991b1584fa33ec3f to work around being blocked by T292372: Increase maximum artifacts size for gitlab CI

I should fix this hack failure before the next release... , or maybe T292372 will be done and I can revert the hack
