A huge +1. Majavah is very helpful in many ways, including assisting with investigating train blockers. Logstash access will be very helpful to them, as they'll be able to see tracebacks etc. without asking someone else.

Majavah already has Toolforge root, +2 in mediawiki/* and security access, so there should be no trust issue.
