Just for clarity, should everyone with extendedconfirmed currently be moved to the implicit group? Does anyone need to be in the manual group after having it added before meeting requirements?

@RhinosF1 they should be moved to the new implicit group, no one should stay on the manual group. This is the expected.

Thanks, as the group is implicit. We'd essentially be removing everyone from the group and the software would do automagic on edit as it does with ahtocomfirmed once they next do stuff.
