There is a fancy new workflow for talk pages that don't exist that I noticed when testing 1.37 (and on my own talk page too), I really like it so Thanks!

My only issue is the same text is used for an Article that doesn't exist (User pages don't always so it's fine on that), I think a different message should be used as Talk pages of non-existent articles are less likely to be watched.
