T293385: Several jobs (incl. recentChangesUpdate, wikibase-InjectRCRecords) accumulating backlog since 2021-10-14 14:47 UTC is likely related (thanks @majavah). I think we should wait for a day or two, and hope this clears itself.
There are also some failed renames -- I reopened T219279 for that.
I'm going to cross link to T292048: Queuing jobs is extremely slow just in case it is related, as discussed in IRC we are seeing some jobs that only schedule other jobs hitting 5 mins of execution (and probably timing out)
