CSS in the summary of a mention when creating a page with {{RFCSubpage}} on Wikidata

Description

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

  • Go to Wikidata and create a new page
  • Make sure the text starts with "{{RFCSubpage}}", add a link to a username and your signature
  • Create the page

What happens?:
The recipient of the mention gets an alert like:

Alexis Reggae‬ mentioned you on (page).

What should have happened instead?:
The mention should be something like:

Alexis Reggae‬ mentioned you on (page).
{{RFCSubpage}} [[User:Alexis Jazz]] lorem ipsum dolor...

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc:
Tested and reproducible on Wikidata production. I discovered it because of the creation of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Requests_for_comment/Frequency_of_YouTube_follower_count_data which pinged me.

I tried copying the template to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Template:RFCSubpage but wasn't able to reproduce there. Either the issue has been fixed very recently, is only possible on Wikidata or (more likely I think) the template has a crucial dependency that I didn't copy.
