We need to plan the program for the Research showcases in Q3 such that we can invite speakers well in advance. Ideally, we have the program confirmed at the end of Q2.

There will be 3 showcases during Q3:

We need to do the following:

• Make sure there are no major community events or holidays
• Make a shortlist of themes and potential speakers
• Prioritize shortlist and send out invitations to speakers
