Ideally, this should be a cross-collection landing page for Wikimedia APIs in general. Of the pages that exist now, API:Main page is the best option, but it's not ideal. The API-Portal was meant to act as this kind of entry point for APIs, but since it hasn't been announced yet, we can't use it as our landing page here. Another option could be to create a new page to fill this need, such as this API index on mediawiki.org. Before completing the review template, the reviewer should decide on which page to use for this.
