Event Timeline

We are good to go with a deployment for fr.wiki.

From Lukasz: "With the Parsercache file system utilization hovering around 30% for the last two months, I can't think of any blockers for further rollout."

They would also like to monitor the metrics as we are continuing to deploy to wikis who are using talk pages more heavily. I mentioned that I can keep everyone in the loop and that we can tag them in the appropriate ticket too.

@ppelberg @Whatamidoing-WMF

As discussed during today's standup, the immediate next steps are as follows:

StepDescription
1.@matmarex to write the patch that contains the config change this task is asking for
2.@ppelberg to learn from @Whatamidoing-WMF what – if any – community-related works needs to be done before this deployment can happen
3.@ppelberg to learn from @EAkinloose + @Ryasmeen when they will be able to QA this change once it is deployed
4.@ppelberg to set and document the deployment date on this ticket

Change 732254 had a related patch set uploaded (by Bartosz Dziewoński; author: Bartosz Dziewoński):
