What happens?:
Request from - via deployment-cache-text06.deployment-prep.eqiad.wmflabs, ATS/8.0.8
Error: 502, Next Hop Connection Failed at 2021-10-18 20:48:49 GMT

What should have happened instead?:
View and restore deleted pages

This isn't universal though, for example Special:Undelete/File:Hauz-i-Shamsi.jpg works fine. Also note that 120px-2014-06-18_Rheinwerk_1.jpg results in:

Error: 421, Misdirected Request at Mon, 18 Oct 2021 20:55:52 GMT

As opposed to the 404 you'd get for Hauz-i-Shamsi.jpg. (on production you'd get a 404 as well)

Don't know, but that file has over ten thousand archived revisions according to @dom_walden, I doubt this is the case for 2014-06-18_Rheinwerk_1.jpg. It has also been reuploaded so I can't see if a direct image link would produce a 421 for that file.

Even that one takes suspiciously long to load, though – some 12 to 13 seconds each time, apparently. Given that the file only has three log entries, three revisions, and one file entry, that seems strange.
