Go to w:en:Special:PageHistory/Template:COVID-19 data/data
Scroll down a bit

What happens?:
Links in edit summaries (those before 15 Oct 2021, when I changed the link) are redlinks. They are links to User:TolBot/Task 5, which is a soft redirect. (After 15 Oct, I changed the link to point to Meta-Wiki.) The links are still blue in edit summaries in diffs, and in actual pages.

What should have happened instead?:
The links should be blue links.
