Telxius transport needs to have its eqiad side patch in to cr1-eqiad:xe-3/1/4.

The cross-connect order was placed on task T293617. It will terminate into ports 31/32 on our patch panel in the DMARC 0000 cabinet. Please ensure a fiber is run for this (there may already be one in place.)

I don't expect light on this until we have a turn up call with Telxius and send light from drmrs.

setup checklist

• - fiber in place from dmarc to cr1
• - fiber plugged into cr1-eqiad:xe-3/1/4.
• - fiber plugged into PP:0000:103234:X31/32
• - netbox cable id updated and status set to active
• - no light seen either direction as of 2021-10-22 when John attached patch
• - chris rolled fiber on 2021-10-25, no light and vendor confirms they are sending
• - troubleshoot this link by directly attaching a known good fiber patch (typically a short 1m run) to the port directly and measure for light (this rules out the 15m lc-sc patch), record results and test both ports
• - if still no light at panel, via meter on both ports of PP:0000:103234:X31/32, then assign this to Rob and he'll open a troubleshooting ticket with DC6 staff.
