@Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE to summarise we are asking for people to test WikiSpeech on English Wikipedia and to do this you need to know how to change a java page? A couple of suggestions:

1. Very simple step by step instructions for how to enable it so someone non technical like me could follow them (I volunteer a guinea pig)
2. We could add a message to the main village pump, also several of the Facebook pages, also there may be some whatsapp/telegram chats I could post it on

1. Yes, you can activate by adding a line to you common.js. It can also be added as a gadget, which would make it easier. There's a draft message linked in T293370.
2. I don't know how much we want advertise at the moment. @Jopparn?

2. We are going with a slow role-out for the moment to test it. I just created a ticket for a launch event (T295260) and social media and wider communication should happen at that time.
