I touched performance related on-wiki pages in T279967 (but not the microsite performance.wikimedia.org) and @Krinkle was kind enough to provide great feedback in T279967#7409951 (which made me review the on-wiki pages and finally decline the task). Boldly CC'ing.

I'm not entirely sure what exactly to review on https://performance.wikimedia.org - its scope is rather technical by definition and I wouldn't necessarily call it a "landing page" either as it offers specific statistics. I found no typos, the language is inclusive, there are no code examples, and links work. Is that sufficient? :)
