Description

In context of T291288 the patch I52dfee1acfdbd2ae02df6ac2381dc8dbb696030f (commit 2b12ac989ccc5a89e44d7edfe94d4642ded9fdc4) broke our secondary CI (logs).

We merged a quick fix (patch) to make our secondary CI green again, but it is unclear if that fix was the right thing to do or why it failed in the first place.

This did work before, shouldn't the new code still be able to switch from User:Emmy to Benutzer:Emmy2 ?

Acceptance criteria:

Figure out why the test actually failed
Decide if the current implementation now contains a bug and should actually be able to go from User:Emmy to Benutzer:Emmy2
