Description

At 14:26 UTC the job queue apparently had a brief hiccup, leaving 7173 “could not enqueue jobs” errors in Logstash and 11 orphaned rows in wb_changes. Let’s run the ResubmitChanges.php maintenance script to take care of those rows.
