Description

We need to inform the wider community about the Helpdesk's existence. Develop a communication plan where we e.g. are oulinining our main message(s), who the target groups are and what channels to use.

Event Timeline

This task is really focused on the launch of the Helpdesk. I think we need a separate plan for ongoing communication about this opportunity.
