[Pager] It should be possible to group by date in Special:Contributions and history page

Description

It is proposed that for all pages where we list revisions by date, we will group these by date. This will allow us the flexibility in skins, to allow a visual distinction between edits on different dates, and importantly

Accceptance criteria

  • For all impacted pages, the heading will not be visible.
  • If I edit my user CSS e.g. User:<your username>/common.css .mw-changeslist-time, .mw-index-pager-list-header { display: !important; } all edits should be separated by date on the Special:Contributions, Special:MergeHistory and history page e.g.
