Also, I don't understand what was meant by these lines:

  • (Optional) Watch WMCS parent project / set email notification preferences
  • wmf ldap group

It'd be nice if someone can explain how I can go about getting these setup. And the IRCs too

In other words, figure out how you want to use phabricator and get looped in on new tickets that come in. It's a process, and I'm still learning phabricator and what workflows work for me. Feel free to experiment.
