What happens?:

• The image is distorted, comparing with the PDF
• Below the image, it shows that that preview is 800 × 469 pixels
• By inspecting the image, the image is rendered at 800 x 1132 pixels

What should have happened instead?:

• The size of the rendered image should be identical to the one indicated below the image and identical to the one contained in the <img> element.
