Description

We should probably move from the classic notebook interface that is being phased out.

I see two main options:

Jupyterlab - the default interface with more features (img)
Retrolab - the classic-mimicking interface (img)

I would vote we move to Jupyterlab. As staying closer to the default usually leaves us with a more stable project.
