Problem:
When creating a Wikistory on the prototype through the Commons workflow, it is easy to miss the arrow on the top right to allow the user to move to the next step.

Additionally, on the Wikipedia workflow, the publish button that leads to the final stage with the title, date and tags page, comes one step too soon.

Request:
Replace the arrow with a "Next" call to action, similar to the "Next" call to action on the Wikipedia workflow.
Replace the "publish" call to action on the final frame of creating a story, with the "Next" call to action.
