We want Codex to support RTL contexts out of the box, and to provide library users with options for granular support. We need to document how things work in Codex so that library users can get the most out of it.

This includes:

• A description of how Codex supports bidirectionality in its stylesheets
• Information on how dir (and lang) can be added as props to certain components (e.g. Icon)
