Have you already tried uploading these yourself? I don't see why the 844MB file would need a server-side upload.
I have. It is well documented that uploads over 600MB pretty consistently fail upload to commons, even using all sorts of tricks. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump/Technical#Permanent_upload_fail_for_files_with_file_size_above_approx._600_MB
@Mysterymanblue the bug you're referring to was fixed on Oct. 29, have you tried since then?
@Legoktm Ah, I had tried uploading it many times over the last few months but it had failed repeatedly. What luck I have that now it is finally fixed! Thank you.
