Click on the link of 哪亨翻墙 (which has a wikitext of [[b:zh:突破网络审查|哪亨翻墙]]).

What happens?:
This link jumps to wuuwikibooks project, which is inside the incubator.

What should have happened instead?:
It is supposed to go to the zhwikibooks project.
