Description

The titles of the projects meta and foundation wiki are too long. This results in them clipping search.

This was about to regress further with the current train given our switch to flex box:

To fix these we added logos to both projects.

Developer notes

Header uses flex box. We need to make sure this element grows.

Design QA

Check the logos on https://foundation.m.wikimedia.org/ and meta.m.wikipedia.org (desktop Vector 2 and mobile) and if happy move to sign off. If not needs more work.

We chatted about this in standup. A generic solution might be to generate an inline SVG but for these two wikis it likely makes sense to define a project logo.
